We at Silva Method West and Advanced Energetics with Cate Christine are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and providing an online experience (or in-person event experience) for all of our visitors while offering a high-quality user experience here at here at heal.me/silvamethodwest and/or subscribepage.io/comp and/or subscribepage.io/silvamethod and/or silvamethodwest.com and/or subscribepage.io/4daysilvamethod and/or subscribepage.io/bookclub and/or subscribepage.io/billionaire and/or wholebrainmagic.silvamethodwest.com and/or magesticme.com and/or any of our websites (the “Website”).  We know that you care about how the information you provide to us is used and shared. We have developed these Terms of use to inform you of our policies from users of the Website. Silva Method West (SMW) (the “Company”) operates the Website.

Agreement

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in the Book Club and/or Whole Brain Magic and/or 4-day Silva Method Immersive training and/or Advanced Energetics class(es) and/or Introduction to Silva Method and/or training (the “Seminar”) and/or any class(es) and/or individual session(s) which is conducted by Cate Christine d/b/a Silva Method West or Advanced Energetics ("Promoter”). By registering for the Seminar online via the internet, you (the “Attendee”) signify your acceptance of, and obligation to, these terms and conditions.

1. You agree that the Website itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, services and/or other materials, made available by Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics d b a Cate Christine, by us or other third parties, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing, (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use and information by Cate Christine and are the property of the Company and/or its third-party providers. You agree that such Company Content shall include all proprietary videos, HTML/CSS, Javascript, graphics, voice, and sound recordings, artwork, photos, documents, and text as well as all other materials included in the Site, excluding only the materials you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company hereby grants you a limited license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, to access, view, and use the Site solely for your personal purposes. No Company Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by the Company. Modification of the Content or use of the Content for any other purpose is a violation of the copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company, as well as other authors who created the materials, and may be subject to monetary damages and penalties. You may not distribute, modify, transmit or use the content of the Site or any Content, including any and all software, tools, graphics and/or sound files, for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of the Company.

Attendee Conduct

Promoter requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to the time allotted; there is no carry over of time if event ends early. Promoter requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers and other attendees and their guests or families throughout the Seminar, even during non-schedule downtime and breaks. Attendee agrees to participate in all training aspects and not be disruptive or abusive in training; if the attendee participates in disruptive, argumentative or abusive behavior of any kind including verbal, physical, mental, sexual, financial, emotional violence and/or abuse and not limited to dishonesty, interrupting, raising voice, putting down, yelling, screaming, manipulating, dissenting, lying, stealing, harassment, teasing, taunting, selfishness, gossip, threating, falsifying information, creating chaos, disrupting the class and/or group and/or individuals in the class and/or group, difficult to work with, committing fraud, committing theft, be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, use of drug use, use of excessive alcohol consumption, and/or akin behaviors, attendee will be removed immediately and permanently with no re-entry and no refund, attendee forfeits any and all remaining time of the event(s), individual session(s), class(es), package(s), and trainings with Silva Method West, Advanced Energetics, Magesticme and Cate Christine and is refused service with Silva Method West, Advanced Energetics and Cate Christine, and Attendee agrees to take no legal action against Silva Method West, Advanced Energetics, Magesticme or Cate Christine. 

Liability Waiver

While we take every possible measure to ensure Attendees’ safety at the Seminar, we cannot control everything. For this reason, Attendee is legally responsible for their safety and behavior during the Seminar and agrees to, and is held legally liable to, the following statements:

I, the willing Attendee of the Seminar, hereby accept all risk to my health including injury or death that may result from participating in the Seminar and I hereby release Promoter, Cate Christine d/b/a Silva Method West and Advanced Energetics, and their officers, employees, assistants, interns, contractors, sponsors and representatives from any and all liability to me, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur during my participation at the Seminar. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promoter, Cate Christine d/b/a Silva Method West and Advanced Energetics, and any third-party company from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while attending and participating in the Seminar. Under no circumstances will Promoter or Cate Christina or their assigns be held liable for my injury or death or any loss or damage of my personal belongings resulting from my participation in the Seminar. Should I require any emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during my attendance and participation in the Seminar, I consent to such treatment. I acknowledge and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of emergency medical treatment. I will notify Promoter verbally and in writing if I am at any time injured prior to, during, or after the Seminar in my travels or attendance or if I have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, I understand that Promoter is not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to provide any medical service whatsoever to me. I agree that if I have any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper me from fully and healthfully participating in the Seminar that I will notify the Promoter and that the Promoter retains the right to ask that I not participate in portions of, or the entirety of, the Seminar.

Liability Disclaimer: No Professional Advice

The information contained in or made available by the Promoter or any third-party through the Seminar or their websites or services cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental, financial, medical, psychological or legal fields.

Confidentiality and Non-Compete

Attendee hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Seminar are confidential, copyrighted and proprietary to the Promoter and Silva Method West and Advanced Energetics and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, report on, teach or train from the Seminar materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Promoter.  Attendees may not use any device to video, photograph or record any aspect of the Seminar. Attendees who do not abide by this policy will be asked to destroy any recorded materials and may be asked to leave the Seminar and with no refund.  

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

By participating in the Seminar, Attendees acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the Privacy Policies of the Promoter.  

Cancellation Policy 

Once Attendee registers for the Seminar, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their fee and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration hassles, expenses and loss of business.  By registering for a live event you waive your right to receive a full refund of your purchase. 

I understand that there is a strict no-show penalty with no refund.

You understand and agree that the live, online Seminar is live online via the internet. Every effort will be made to offer live Seminar during the time scheduled, and I understand, for any reason Seminar may be rescheduled.

All Sales are final. There are no refunds.  

Payment for services is required prior to seminar, and all sales are final. There are no refunds.  

Silva Method West, Advanced Energetics d b a Cate Christine classes that are recorded for audio and/or video made available to participants. Online Classes and some selected others are also filmed, with the cameras generally focused on the facilitator. The disclaimer is a legal requirement that assists us in providing class material both to participants and a larger audience.

I acknowledge and agree that Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics d b a Cate Christine "Cate Christine"), and/or its affiliates may make video and/or audio recordings (“Recordings”) of the classes, workshops, and events in which I am registering, whether on heal.me/silvamethodwest or silvamethodwest.com or subscribepage.io/silvamethod or wholebrainmagic.silvamethodwest.com any other associated website with Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics and/or Cate Christine.

As a preliminary agreement to register for Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics and/or Cate Christine Classes and for other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics and/or Cate Christine a royalty-free, non-revocable, transferable right, in perpetuity, anywhere in the world to:

1. Record me, my name, my likeness and my voice, by any technology or means, while attending or participating in one or more Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics and/or Cate Christine classes; and

2. Save, copy, edit, display, distribute, sell and use (collectively, “Use”) such Recordings in any manner or form whatsoever, including, but not limited to, in promotional and marketing materials.

3. Take pictures of me during classes and use them for promotion of Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics and/or Cate Christine on heal.me/silvamethodwest, their website(s), social media, in books and printouts.

I understand and agree that Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics and/or d b a Cate Christine may Use the Recordings in composite or edited forms, and I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve any version(s), including the finished version(s), of such Recordings, including written copies, quotes or transcripts that may be created in connection therewith. I also acknowledge and agree that these audio and video records are used for educational and training purposes and that other participants view the records; in this context, I waive my personal intellectual property rights (image and audio). This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws.

I have read this Release, fully understand its terms and understand that I am voluntarily giving up certain rights available to me by law, including, but not limited to, any and all rights to fees or compensation from the Use of the Recordings by Silva Method West, and/or Advanced Energetics and/or Cate Christine or its owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, agents, and representatives, including without limitation, Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics and/or Cate Christine (collectively, the “Released Parties”) for any and all purposes.

I understand that I can revoke these rights until the beginning of each class, zoom or telecall by informing the registration staff accordingly and turning off my video camera and not using my voice during the call. I understand further that all classes are recorded and I, therefore, will not be able to ask questions in class and have to make sure of my own risk that I am not in a captured area of a video or a picture. I may put a question or comment in the chat. I acknowledge that I have the right to be informed which of my data are collected, used, consulted or otherwise processed and to what extent the personal data are or will be processed. Therefore Cate Christine is obliged to respond to my request without undue delay and at the latest within one month.

Cate Christine respects that natural persons have to have control of their own personal data. Regardless of the transfer of my rights, I am still allowed to participate in the class, zoom or telecall and understand that therefore I have to contribute to protecting my own rights. In online class, I have to change my name to show that I don’t want to be recorded or photographed.

I acknowledge that I hereby waive, release and forever discharge the Released Parties from any claims, demands or causes of action I may have arising out of or in connection with the Released Parties’ Use of the Recordings to the greatest extent allowed by law.

Terms 

I understand, am of legal age and hereby grant, irrevocably and perpetually to Silva Method West and Advanced Energetics d b a Cate Christine and their subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns thereof the following: 

1. The right to photograph, video and record my name, voice, appearance, likeness, and/or written and agree to In the Seminar, attendees may receive recordings of the content if the is available by Company

2. If recordings are available by Company, Attendee will receive recordings via email and may not distribute, may not distribute publicly or privately or post on any social media.

3. All Content, such as text, data, graphics files, videos and sound files, and other materials contained in the Site, are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of the Company and/or a supplier to the Company. No such materials may be used except as provided in these Terms of Use.

4. All trade names, trademarks, and images and biographical information of people used in the Company Content and contained in the Site, including without limitation the name Cate Christine are either the property of, or used with permission by, the Company. The use of Content by you is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms of Use. Any unauthorized use of Content may violate the copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights of the Company and/or third parties, as well as the laws of privacy and publicity, and other regulations and statutes. Nothing contained in this Agreement or in the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark or other proprietary information without the express written consent of the Company or third-party owner. The Company respects the copyright, trademark and all other intellectual property rights of others. The Company has the right, but has no obligation, to remove content and accounts containing materials that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Use. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being violated and/or that any work belonging to you has been reproduced on the Site or in any Content in any way, you may notify Company at [email protected]. Please provide your name and contact information, the nature of your work and how it is being violated, all relevant copyright and/or trademark registration information, the location/URL of the violation, and any other information you believe is relevant.

5. While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in the Site, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

6. When you register for the Seminar with the Company and/or this Site, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services, or other records or correspondence from the Company. You consent to receive notices electronically by way of transmitting the notice to you by email or via text. 

7. If you send comments or suggestions about the Site to the Company, including, but not limited to, notes, text, drawings, images, designs or computer programs, such submissions shall become, and shall remain, the sole property of the Company. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Company. The Company shall exclusively own all rights to (including intellectual property rights thereto), and shall be entitled to unrestricted use, publication, and dissemination as to all such submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise without any acknowledgment or compensation to you.

8. The Company will not intentionally disclose any personally identifying information about you to third parties, except where the Company, in good faith, believes such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or enforce these Terms of Use. By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, in whole or part, please do not use this Site.

9. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR MAINTAINING THE SITE AND/OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE SHALL BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ALL CONTENT ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE MATERIALS IN THE SITE, THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF SUCH MATERIALS, THE SUITABILITY OF SUCH MATERIALS FOR ANY USER’S NEEDS OR THE LIKELIHOOD THAT THEIR USE WILL MEET ANY USER’S EXPECTATIONS, OR THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR CORRECTION. THE COMPANY LIKEWISE DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY MONEY USING THE SITE OR THE COMPANY’S TECHNOLOGY OR SERVICES. YOU ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVALUATING YOUR OWN EARNING POTENTIAL AS WELL AS EXECUTING YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND SERVICES. YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL IS ENTIRELY DEPENDENT ON YOUR OWN PRODUCTS, IDEAS, TECHNIQUES; YOUR EXECUTION OF YOUR BUSINESS PLAN; THE TIME YOU DEVOTE TO THE PROGRAM, IDEAS AND TECHNIQUES OFFERED AND UTILIZED; AS WELL AS YOUR FINANCES, YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND YOUR SKILL. SINCE THESE FACTORS DIFFER AMONG ALL INDIVIDUALS, THE COMPANY CANNOT AND DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES REGARDING YOUR HEALTH, YOUR SUCCESS OR INCOME LEVEL. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT USE OF THE MATERIALS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE, THE CONTENT, AND/OR THE MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE ARE FREE FROM BUGS OR VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS OR CORRECTIONS. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERFORMANCE OR SERVICE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY ANY THIRD PARTY WEBSITE OR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER. ANY SUCH PROBLEM SHALL BE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THAT PROVIDER. Please note that the applicable jurisdiction may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Some of the above exclusions may thus not apply to you.

10. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERFORMANCE OR SERVICE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY ANY THIRD PARTY WEBSITE OR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER. ANY SUCH PROBLEM SHALL BE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THAT PROVIDER. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WHETHER THE COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH MALFUNCTION OR DISRUPTION. THE COMPANY ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE CONTENT OR TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT SHOULD THE COMPANY DETERMINE THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED THESE TERMS OF USE, OR THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED ANY OTHER RULES OR CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS TO THE SITE AND/OR THE COMPANY’S CONTENT, PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES TO ANYONE IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WHETHER THE COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH MALFUNCTION OR DISRUPTION. 

11. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT, INFORMATION OR DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR GOODWILL, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF REPLACEMENT SERVICES, OR CLAIMS FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS, OCCASIONED BY ANY DEFECT IN THE SITE, THE CONTENT, AND/OR RELATED MATERIALS, THE INABILITY TO USE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT THERETO, REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OR IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services that the Company may provide via the Site, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.

13. The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

14. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in WY. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

15. These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound.

16. After you have registered and paid, and if you impose a charge back on your credit card, that is theft and fraud and will be reported to authorities as such as well as the credit card processing company. Theft is a crime, and fraud is a crime.  As a result, you agree that you are required to pay the full amount of the seminar and/or book club and/or training and/or class and/or individual session(s) and/or package of sessions, plus the charge back fees, plus an administrative fee of $500 for each charge back fee to Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics and/or Magesticme and/or Cate Christine.  

No shows are charged 100% of the cost of the class, training, individual session, etc. The second no-show, you are charged double the price (200%) of the class, training, individual session, etc., and you are no longer eligible to receive goods, products and/or services. 72 hours is required to reschedule an individual session, otherwise, you are charged 100% of the no show fee.

By acknowledging registering and paying for a service, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Seminar without refund or forgiveness of remaining training and/or sessions and/or payment(s) if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the Seminar guidelines, or if you impair the participation of Seminar instructor(s) or participants in the Seminar.

Agreement: I, the Attendee, agree to the terms detailed in these Terms of Attendance by signing up for any of Silva Method West and/or Advanced Energetics and/or Cate Christine's individual sessions, events, classes, trainings, complimentary meditations, and more.

Agreement: I, the Attendee, agree to receive emails from [email protected] and/or [email protected] and/or [email protected] and/or [email protected] and/or [email protected] regarding upcoming events, trainings, classes and more.

This Silva Graduate Mastermind and/or Power Group and/or Cate Christine's trainings and/or classes and/or sessions are a sacred space dedicated to the practice of Silva mind-empowering tools, activation of intuition, clairvoyance, exploration of consciousness, the cultivation of spiritual growth, and the deepening of our connection to source. We come together with the intention of creating a supportive and nurturing environment where we can learn, heal, and evolve together on our individual and collective journeys.

Guiding Principles:

Reverence: We approach this group with reverence for the divine within ourselves and others, recognizing the sacredness of each individual's journey.Compassion: We cultivate compassion and empathy for ourselves and for all beings, acknowledging the inherent interconnectedness of all life.Integrity: We act with integrity in all our interactions within the group, honoring our commitments and upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct--meaning those who participate in disharmony, argumentation, dishonesty, lies, abuse including but not limited to verbal, raising one's voice, mental, physical, emotional, financial, etc., theft, harassment, gossip, selfishness, harm, illegal activity, alcohol/drug inebriation, manipulation and/or violating Silva Method West terms and privacy policy will be removed immediately with no possibility of return.Trust: We cultivate trust and open-heartedness within the practice group, creating a safe and supportive space for vulnerability and authentic self-expression.

Attendee/Member Conduct

All Attendees/Members are required to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers and other attendees/members and their guests or families throughout the group, even during non-schedule downtime and breaks. Attendee/member agrees to participate in all training aspects and not be disruptive or abusive in training; if the attendee/member participates in disruptive, argumentative or abusive behavior of any kind including verbal, physical, mental, sexual, financial, emotional violence and/or abuse and not limited to dishonesty, interrupting, raising voice, putting down, yelling, screaming, manipulating, dissenting, lying, stealing, harassment, teasing, taunting, selfishness, gossip, threating, falsifying information, creating chaos, disrupting the class and/or group and/or individuals in the class and/or group, difficult to work with, committing fraud, committing theft, be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, use of drug use, use of excessive alcohol consumption, and/or akin behaviors, attendee/member will be removed immediately and permanently with no re-entry and no refund, attendee/member forfeits any and all remaining time of the event(s), individual sessions, classes, and trainings with Silva Method West, Advanced Energetics and Cate Christine and is refused service with Silva Method West, Advanced Energetics and Cate Christine, and Attendee/Member agrees to take no legal action against Silva Method West, Advanced Energetics or Cate Christine.
